Calendar Tab in Unified Solutions CAD

The Calendar tab in Unified Solutions CAD gives dispatchers and administrators a visual and flexible way to manage upcoming incidents. With customizable views and built-in reminders, it helps you stay organized, plan ahead, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Accessing the Calendar Tab

1. From the top navigation bar on your CAD dashboard, click on Calendar.
2. The calendar will open with a visual overview of all scheduled incidents.

You can switch between Day, Week, and Month views using the buttons in the top-right corner, depending on how much detail or range you want to see.

Viewing Scheduled Incidents

Each incident on the calendar is displayed with the patient’s last name and incident number. This makes it easy to quickly identify and distinguish between entries at a glance.

Clicking on any incident entry opens a pop-up window showing important details, including:

• Incident Number
• Pickup Time
• Scene Location
• Destination Location

This provides a quick snapshot without needing to leave the calendar view.

Setting Up Reminders

• Edit the subject of the reminder
• Set the start and end date/time
• Enable the All Day toggle for full-day events
• Choose a repetition frequency:
  • Hourly
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
• Define how and when the repetition ends:
  • On a specific date
  • After a set number of occurrences
• Add a description or internal notes for reference

Once your reminder is set, click Done to save it.

Email Notifications

Reminders are delivered via email based on the schedule you choose. This ensures you and your team receive timely notifications and never miss an important incident or event.
