Default View and Filtering
- By default, the QA PCRs section shows charts from the last 10 days.
- You can adjust this filter to view charts from a different time range if needed.
Understanding PCR Statuses
In Progress Status
- PCRs with an “In Progress” status are identified by an exclamation point icon.
- These PCRs cannot be changed to a different status directly from the QA PCRs section.
- To change the status, the PCR must be submitted through the actual ePCR interface to ensure compliance with state and NEMSIS rules.
Other Statuses
Once a PCR has been properly submitted, you can change its status to:
- Approved
- Submitted
- Admin Unlocked
Editing PCRs
As an administrator, you have the ability to edit PCRs directly from the QA PCRs section:
- Locate the desired PCR in the list.
- Click on the PCR to open it.
- Make necessary edits within the opened chart.
Customizing the View
Adding/Removing Columns
- Look for the column chooser on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on it to reveal additional information fields.
- Add columns such as “Nature of Incident” or “Destination Name” as needed.
- To remove a column, simply drag it back into the column chooser.

- Use the column chooser to select relevant fields.
- Apply sorting as needed (e.g., sort by status, then by creator).

- The resulting Excel file will reflect your current view, including any applied sorting or grouping.
Managing Notes and Flags
General Notes
- General notes may be added by the billing team or other users.
- These appear as standard note icons in the QA PCRs list.
- Click on a note icon to view its contents.
Flags
Flags are used to highlight PCRs that require attention:
- Adding a Flag:
- Click on the flag icon for the relevant PCR.
- Enter the flag details.
- Flag Appearance:
- New flags appear in yellow.
- Resolved flags turn green.
- A yellow flag on a previously resolved (green) item indicates a new issue.
- Resolving Flags:
- Click on the flag icon.
- Add a resolution note if necessary.
- Mark the flag as resolved.
- User Visibility of Flags:
- For PCRs with “In Progress” or “Submitted” status:
- Both the creator and the other listed provider can see the flag on their MyPCR homepage.
- These users can open and edit the PCR.
- For PCRs with “Approved” status:
- Flags appear in the flagged section on the homepage.
- Users can only add an addendum, not edit the PCR directly.
- For PCRs with “In Progress” or “Submitted” status:
